Item Availability

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via Email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, for US orders, please contact us at 1-800-866-6464 and we will be happy to assist you. For Canadian orders, please contact us at 1-800-387-6707 ext 8555.

Maximum Purchase Policy
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than four (4) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer. If you have any questions, for US orders, please contact us at 1-800-866-6464 or via Email and we will be happy to assist. For Canadian orders, please contact us at 1-800-387-6707 ext 8555. Additional purchase limits are as follows:

No more than 4 of the same item or colour up to 24 total pieces
No more than 8 of the same item for discontinued products
No more than $500 (after discount) per transaction, per day
No more than two $500 transactions per week
No more than $2000 (after discount) per month
No more than $5000 (after discount) per 12-month period
No more than 3 transactions per 31 days (1 month) of consistent pigment and glitter skus
No more than 3 transactions per 31 days (1 month) of multiple of the skus
No more than 1 student kit (colour or tool kit) per student

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA. and all Canadian provinces and territories. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to Email Us.

Important information:
* For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders with Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) will be processed the same day if received by 11:00 am ET.

Please Note: All M·A·C PRO Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days - Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Canadian orders are all shipped with Standard Service.

We do not ship outside of the United States or Canada. At this time we are unable to ship internationally.

Order Inquiries
With a M·A·C PRO Online account, you can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your M·A·C PRO Online orders.

For orders shipped within the United States, click on Order Status page. The Order Summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

For orders shipped within Canada, shipping status is not available Online. You may call the Canadian fulfillment center for information regarding your order at 1-800-387-6707 ext. 8555. Please refer to your order number whenever contacting M·A·C PRO Customer Service.

Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

* Item(s) not available.
* Difficulty in processing payment information.
* Cannot ship to address provided.
* Duplicate order was placed.
* Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an Email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
