If you favourite M·A·C product has been discontinued, we apologize for any disappointment that has been caused. Before discontinuing any M·A·C Cosmetics product, we take into account many different factors, including: 1. A similar product has been developed which we feel provides better performance. 2. One of the ingredients used in the manufacturing process has been discontinued by the supplier, and we have been unable to find a suitable alternate. 3. Customer preferences, purchasing patterns. For assistance with locating a M·A·C Cosmetics product that has been discontinued, please contact our Corporate Headquarters via telephone at 1-800-216-7173 between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday and ask to speak with a Gone But Not Forgotten Representative. Please note that a search may only be initiated for products within M·A·C Cosmetics' basic product line. We regret that we are unable to conduct searches for seasonal, limited edition, or promotional products. If we are able to locate the product you have requested, you may purchase up to 6 units (depending upon availability). Gone But Not Forgotten items are available for shipment to locations within the U.S. To initiate a search for a discontinued product, please call us at 1-800- 216-7173 between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. I want to sell M·A·C products. What should I do?
While we appreciate your interest in M·A·C products, please be advised that our products are distributed for sale only at our authorized retail store accounts, the majority of which are located in major department stores or international perfumeries. While there are other points of sale, we are not seeking to expand our distribution network at this time. We do not offer franchises.Are samples available for M·A·C products?
Samples are not currently available from MACPRO.com. However, if you need any assistance in selecting products, an online M·A·C Artist will be happy to provide you with recommendations.
