MY PROFILE How to Create an Account
Only active M·A·C PRO Members can sign in to M·A·C PRO Online using your 11-digit membership number. Fill out the requested information. (When entering your 11-digit Membership ID, please do not include the letter as seen on your Membership card. Example: If your membership number on your card is A12999999999, you will only enter 12999999999 into the Membership ID field.)Once you've entered in your 11-digit membership number, you will be prompted to provide a unique email address and create your own unique password. By creating an account, you can take advantage of online shopping, online membership renewal, online videos and much more. The benefits are listed below: Get the most out of your M·A·C PRO Membership when you set up an account with MACPRO.COM: Update your membership information anytime* Manage your communication preferences. We will keep you up-to-date with the latest collections, events, membership information and store updates via email.* Renew your membership online, including the option to yearly auto-renew.* Experience quick Checkout when you save your billing, shipping and credit card information.* Save For Later lets you wait until another day to buy some of the items in your Shopping Bag.* View Order Status and track your shipments.* Your Address Book will allow you to store addresses for yourself.* You can review and ship from you Order History.* Other Member online benefits that keep you informed about make-up artistry: Get access to Meet The Artist online videos available each season to members. Stay in the know with the Seasonal Trend Report. View the entire season of Master Class and Pro-to-Pro events online. Be a part of the M·A·C community when you Email An Artist, respond to our monthly PRO Talk member blog or reading the monthly Column. Learn how to become a M·A·C PRO Member and download an application Change or Update Your Membership Information Your online account makes it easy for you to update your personal information at any time with M·A·C PRO Membership. Access My Account to change or update your address, phone number, and email address. Please be aware that your membership name and number cannot be changed online. If you wish to make a name change on your card, change your membership category or require a replacement card, please contact us at promembership@maccosmetics.com or 1-800-387-6707 ext. 2427. Trouble Signing In/Forgot Your Password?
Remember, when entering your 11-digit Membership ID, please do not include the letter as seen on your Membership card.Example: If your membership number on your card is A12999999999, you will only enter 12999999999 into the Membership ID field. Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. If you cannot remember the password for your account, retrieve your password hint. If you still cannot remember, then we will send an email to the email address on your account, with instructions on how to reset your password. Please note that in order to keep your account secure, you will not be able to re-use your password, and any credit card information you have saved with us will be deleted. STEPS TO CLEAR YOUR FILES
For Firefox users, we ask that you please follow the steps provided below to help resolve the issue you have experienced. 1) Click on the Tools menu in Firefox and select Options. 2) In the new window, select the Privacy icon. 3) On the Privacy screen, select Cookies and click on the View Cookies button. 4) Verify that "Don't allow sites that set removed cookies to set future cookies" is not checked. 5) In the new window, select any cookies from www.macpro.com and click the Remove Cookie button. 6) After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history. For Internet Explorer users, we ask that you please follow the steps provided below to help resolve the issue you have experienced. 1) Open Internet Explorer 2) Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options 3) In the new window, click the Settings button 4) In the new window, click the View Files button 5) In the new window, locate the file below and delete it: "Cookie: 6) After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history. 7) Close all open browser windows. 8) Return to www.macpro.com and sign in. If you continue to experience difficulties signing in: 1) Click on the Edit menu in Internet Explorer and select Preferences. 2) In the new window, click on the Receiving Files menu. 3) In the Web Receiving Files, select Cookies. 4) Select all www.macpro.com cookies on the list. 5) Click on the Delete button. 6)After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history. For Netscape users, we ask that you please follow the steps provided below to resolve the issue you have experienced. 1) Open Netscape 2) Click on the Tools menu and select Cookie Manager 3) Under Cookie Manager, select Manage stored Cookies 4) In the new window, locate the cookies with www.macpro.com listed under Site 5) Remove each of these cookies by selecting them on the list and clicking the Remove Cookie button. 6) After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history. 7) Close all open browser windows. 8) Return to www.macpro.com and sign in. For Safari users, we ask that you please follow the steps provided below to help resolve the issue you have experienced. 1) Choose Preferences from the Safari menu. 2) Select the Security icon. 3) Click on the Show Cookies button. 4) Select all www.macpro.com cookies on the list. 5) Click on the Delete button. 6) After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history.
