If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. When returning any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned. Regrettable, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We´re sorry, but returns for purchases made in a M·A·C Store or partnered retail location may not be returned to M·A·C PRO Online. In the U.S, please send your return via insured UPS, Fed Ex or Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Please keep the tracking number as reference for the return shipment.
