Membership is renewable annually and is the responsibility of the member. After providing your payment, please retain your current M·A·C PRO card until you receive your new card, as your membership number will not change. Your membership expiration date is printed on your M·A·C PRO Membership card. If your membership has lapsed for twelve months or more, you must resubmit current professional documentation and a M·A·C PRO Membership application. Payment may be arranged by the following methods:

Online: Submit your annual fees with your credit card. Before your membership expires, you may submit your payment online. Online Renewal keeps your membership current and allows you to continue to enjoy the benefits of your M·A·C PRO Membership without interruption. It's easy and secure.
This feature is only available for non-expired members in North America. If your membership has already expired or you live outside the US and Canada, please renew by phone or mail.

By phone: Simply call 877-553-5536 or 905-940-2437 to renew your membership over the phone with your credit card. Only available in North America.

In-store: Annual fees are now accepted in North America only at your nearest M·A·C store. Please be sure to present your M·A·C PRO Membership card and valid photo ID at the time of renewal. In-store renewal is open only to categories A and B. Sales taxes apply in NY, VA and Canada.

By mail: Please include your name, PRO Membership number, address, telephone number, email address, profession, and payment information.
